f you are considering to be healthy by taking supplements, I strongly recommend buying something that is not too cheap. Of course it should not be overpriced, but i found this product totally worth for what i am paying for.
I mix it with hot water so that I can drink it like hot tea, but when i’m busy, I just take it straight and it’s still okay. It tastes bitter but a little sweet at the end 🙂
