Here’s how you can use whole dried myrobalan fruits effectively:
🔹 How to Use Whole Myrobalan
1. Boiling as Herbal Decoction
- Step 1: Take 1–2 whole myrobalan fruits.
- Step 2: Slightly crush them using a stone or mortar to expose the inner part.
- Step 3: Boil in 1–2 cups of water for 10–15 minutes.
- Step 4: Strain and drink once cooled (you can take it warm).
- Optional: Add a pinch of rock salt or honey (not during fasting).
This is traditionally used for digestion, detox, and mild constipation.
2. Soaking Overnight
- Step 1: Soak 1–2 whole fruits in a cup of water overnight.
- Step 2: In the morning, squeeze the fruit in the same water, strain, and drink on an empty stomach.
This is a milder form of detox and is gentler on the stomach.
3. Grinding into Powder
- Dry grind the whole myrobalan into a coarse or fine powder using a spice grinder.
