I am constantly on the lookout for pure organic honey without added sugar because of impaired glucose tolerance issues at home. We test the honey to see if it’s safe for us by adding about 2 tbsp to our oatmeal and then checking fasting blood sugar level the next morning – and this honey passed that test, sugar levels stayed under 100, so we’re declaring it safe to consume in reasonable quantities. Bought these to try the different fragrances, to see whether there is much of a difference Yes there is, each one has such a fantastic taste when using in tea, it adds very little sweetness but really infuses the flavor of the pollen. We have nearly finished the Lynden tree one (lime tree) as it is the perfect addition to green tea.
