- Simply combine 1 ounce (2 tablespoons or 28 grams) of chia seeds with 1/2 cup of milk of your choice or add them into any smoothies drink.
- Chia gel absorbs water quickly (up to 10 times its weight). Place ¼ cup seeds in 1 cup liquid, stir well, and cover. After 15-20 minutes, the texture will change to a soft gelatin. Make smoothies and soups thicker and more satisfying by adding this to them.
