Meadow honey
It is gathered from different trees, grasses, herbs, and other flowering plants from spring until late summer. It combines the usefulness of many plants. Because of the wide variety of pollens, Meadow honey has a very intensive aroma and taste. There are large variations in flavour, colour, and aroma depending on the different species of plants from which it is gathered. It goes sugary fast.
Linden Honey
It is a light-coloured honey with a sweet, fiery, and somewhat bitter taste. It crystallizes rapidly since of its high glucose-to-fructose proportion. Don’t stress It’s absolutely fine and Unadulterated to Eat.
Locust Honey ( Acacia)
Also know as Acacia Honey is a dark and clear colour and is both nutritious and mouth-wateringly taste with a mild taste containing hints of vanilla.

Bought these to try the different fragrances, to see whether there is much of a difference Yes there is, each one has such a fantastic taste when using in tea, it adds very little sweetness but really infuses the flavor of the pollen. We have nearly finished the Lynden tree one (lime tree) as it is the perfect addition to green tea.
