I am constantly on the lookout for pure organic honey without added sugar because of impaired glucose tolerance issues at home. We test the honey to see if it’s safe for us by adding about 2 tbsp to our oatmeal and then checking fasting blood sugar level the next morning – and this honey passed that test, sugar levels stayed under 100, so we’re declaring it safe to consume in reasonable quantities.
